Operation Manager:
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years working experience at the similar position in hospitality and services industry
- Has strong communication skill
- Able to introduce and promote company's product and service
- Has strong selling skill
- Has wide networking
- Dynamic, creative and innovative personality
- Pleasent and good performnace
- Able to work independentlyes
Role and responsibilities:
- Report to Director
- Manage the sales operation and promotion of the health and hospitality services
- Prepare regular reports to management
Floor Manager:
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years working experience at the similar position in retail or building management industry
- Strong leadership
- Good communication skill and pleasent personality
- Good presentation and negotiation skill
- Has experience in selling and creating promotion of space
- Has sense in interior designing and building management
Role and responsibilities:
- Report to Marketing Manager
- Responsibile the business development
- Sell the space to tenant
- Liaise with tenants in promotion
